What is Coaching?

Coaches are advocates, champions, and partners. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with Clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their professional and personal potential. “ Coaches believe clients are the experts in their lives, and coaches are experts at the coaching process, which aims to instill personal responsibility and raise awareness.
